In other breaking news, the one and only rock star legend, and lead singer of the band “Joan Jett and the Blackhearts”, Joan Jett, is rumored to release a new album on a well known app with the “kids these days,” Soundcloud. Soundcloud, although well known for its random up and coming rappers, has caught the eye of a world-famous and American-made rock star.
In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres on her hit talk show, “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Joan Jett discusses these rumors stating, “Yeah man, it really do be like that. That’s what the kids say, right?” confirming the rumors to be true. When asked why she made the big decision to quit her rock star lifestyle, she simply answered, “I DON’T love rock and roll, and please God do NOT put another dime in the jukebox baby.”
The crowd of rock lovers and edgy emo teens alike were in utter shock and outrage at these comments made and in protest started a mosh pit in the middle of the stage, pushing Ellen and Jett to the side and screaming about their heartbreak after hearing the rumors confirmed. A reporter caught a quote from one of the screaming protesters saying, “Rap killed the world.”
Despite the chaos, Joan Jett still plans on releasing her “new and improved” music on the Soundcloud app. The former rocker posted an update on her new twitter account saying her stage name was no longer Joan Jett and would “now be Lil JJ. And if you don’t like it don’t listen.”
